Indians buying Green Card - 300% rise in 2 years

The number of Indians investing in the green card has risen nearly 4 times that is 300% by 2 years. As per US statistical data, 585 green cards were issued in 2018 wheres 174 in 2017; this reflects a massive increase of 293% over 2 years. Many Indians in the US have been lining up to apply for EB-5 that requires $1m investment. The interest in EB-5 has increased due to the difficulty in getting H1B visa & extension of the H1B.
