Iran makes first arrests over shooting down of Ukrainian plane
Iran's judiciary announced that it has made the first arrests over the shootdown of a Ukrainian plane that killed all 176 people on board. "Extensive investigations have taken place and some individuals are arrested," the judiciary spokesman, Gholamhossein Esmaili, said. However, Gholamhossein did not reveal how many arrests have been made in total. The Iranian military had shot down the plane after they mistook it for a missile.
