Iran's Bushehr nuclear power plant shut temporarily under 'emergency' situation

As hardline Ebrahim Raisi was declared the President of Iran, the country's only nuclear power plant, the Bushehr nuclear power plant, underwent a temporary emergency shutdown. The news was confirmed by Gholamali Rakhshanimehr, a state electric energy company official. The shutdown will last “for three to four days.” The power plant went operational with help from Russia and it is fueled by uranium produced in Russia.
