IRNSS-1H launch Unsuccesful: ISRO

The launch of navigation satellite IRNSS-1H mission from Andhra Pradesh’s Sriharikota was unsuccessful, confirmed ISRO chairman A S Kiran Kumar. Heat shield didn't separate, that was the main reason for failure. It is the 1st time that the PSLV (ISRO's star launch vehicle) has failed to deploy its payload since the inaugural flight in 1993. IRNSS-1H was India's first satellite built with active private sector collaboration.
