ISRO starts working for Chandrayaan 3 mission with November 2020 deadline

After partial success of Chandrayaan 2 mission, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is now planning for its next lunar mission, Chandrayaan 3. The space agency has set a deadline of November 2020 for the mission. ISRO has formed multiple committees comprising an overall panel and three sub-committees and has held at least four high-level meetings since October and it will be building a new lander and a rover.
