ISRO to halt making rockets, will now design ventilators & make hand sanitizers to fight coronavirus

At a time, when India is undergoing 21-day nationwide lockdown to prevent the coronavirus from spreading, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, part of ISRO has decided to halt manufacturing rockets and for now make ventilators, hand sanitisers, oxygen canisters and masks to help the country in fight against viral disease. Meanwhile, the number of coronavirus cases in India has crossed 1,000 and nearly 23 people have died.
