As the count of the positive cases of the novel coronavirus continue to increase, Health Ministry’s Joint secretary Lav Agarwal said India took 12 days to reach 1,000 coronavirus cases and that numbers were much higher in developed nations at the same time. In a media briefing, the Union Health Ministry Monday confirmed that 92 new cases and four deaths from COVID-19 have been reported in last 24 hours.
