Apple executive, Vivek Tiwari was shot dead by an on-duty police officer on Friday night, who claims that he fired in self-defense. UP ADG, Anand Kumar said it to be a sad incident and has filed a murder case under section 302. UP CM Yogi Adityanath, has also come forward to comment on the issue and said that it was not an encounter and investigation will be held, also if required CBI will be involved in the case.
