Jharkhand Panchayat member's ATM slip shows Rs 99.87 crore balance & passbook shows no transaction

Panchayat secretary Rasraj Mahato in Jharkhand found out that his bank account has been locked & credited with Rs 99.87 crore from an unknown source. He received an SMS that his account has been locked when he tried to withdraw money from the ATM. ATM printed a slip that showed Rs 99.87 crore in his bank account. He was puzzled how the money came in his bank account & immediately informed other secretaries.
