J&K Govt Downgraded & Withdrew Security of 18 Hurriyat leaders

According to the home department sources, it was felt that providing security to the separatist leaders was a wastage of state resources and could be utilized properly. A major step has been taken by the government. The security of 18 Hurriyat leaders was withdrawn and downgraded. Additionally, the security of 155 political persons was also withdrawn. Now, over 1000 cops and 100 vehicles are freely available for regular work.
