A head so big that there is no helmet available! Confused? Even Gujarat police got confused when a commuter Zakir Mamon was stopped for not wearing a helmet and asked to pay fine. But, Mamon's problem left the police baffled. His head is so big that he is not able to find any helmet in the market which can fit onto his head. H owns a fruit shop & his family worries that he might have to pay fine every time he does on a bike.
