Kashmiris happy with the current situation: Vietnamese envoy who is on J&K visit

Vietnam's Ambassador Pham Sanh Chau, one of the 15 foreign envoys who are on two-day Jammu and Kashmir visit, on Friday said that he witnessed normalcy in the Valley and that people are happy with the current situation. On Thursday, a delegation of diplomats of 15 foreign countries, including US Ambassador to India Kenneth I Juster, arrived in J&K in a first such trip by foreign envoys after the abrogation of Article 370.
