Singapore reacted sharply to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's remark in which he had urged the centre to ban flights from India citing concerns over the Singapore variant of Covid-19. Singapore government summoned Indian envoy to register their objection. Minister of External Affairs took to Twitter to do the damage control and said, "Delhi CM does not speak for India". He called the statement by Kejriwal "irresponsible".
