Kerala HC: Mere possession of sexually explicit photos won't be held as a crime

Kerala high court declares that mere possession of sexually explicit photo won't amount to a crime. This judgement came after 11 years after Kollam East police seized a video & digital camera that contained explicit pictures of a woman from a man & woman. The photos were of them together & they were not sold, circulated or distributed; hence the court agreed & quashed the criminal case against them.
