'Let me Kill Myself': says a UP Farmer to UP CM; returns money received by PM Scheme

A UP potato farmer is under Rs.35 lakh debt & sent a letter to UP CM Yogi Adityanath demanding euthanasia if the CM can't help him. He also returned the money Rs.2000 that he received for the PM scheme. He lives with his family in rented home & struggling to make ends meet. He didn't receive any help even after meeting the agriculture minister. He has also notified the govt that his debt-ridden uncle died of heart attack in 2015
