"Life of others also precious": SC slams Punjab and Haryana Govt over stubble burning

SC bench headed by Justice Arun Mishra slammed state govt's for stubble burning that added to the toxic smog in the national capital for over a week. The Chief Secretaries of Punjab and Haryana are present at the ongoing hearing at the Apex court. The court said "Life of others is also precious", take preventive measures to stop stubble burning. Nobody will be spared if found violating rules and regulations, the court added.
