Lockdown extended in Jharkhand till September 30 with relaxations for JEE-NEET examinees

The Jharkhand government has extended the lockdown in the state till September 30 in the wake of the novel coronavirus. Chief Minister Hemant Soren took to Twitter to announce the lockdown. However, relaxations have been allowed for the JEE and NEET examinees. The inter-district buses have been permitted in the wake of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).
