Lungs damaged after Covid19 can repair themselves: Research

A recent report had revealed that the human lungs were getting affected post Covid19 recovery. Several studies found scars on the lungs of those recovered from Covid19. However, a recent study in Austria has revealed that a patient’s lungs can fully regain their strength after recovery from Covid-19. 82 severe cases of Covid-19 post-recovery were evaluated in the study and it was found that the damage reduced after 14 weeks.
