Maharashtra government gives nod to Anti-Corruption Bureau to start second inquiry against Param Bir Singh

The Maharashtra Government has given its assent to the state Anti-Corruption Bureau to initiate another inquiry against former Mumbai Police commissioner Param Bir Singh in connection with corruption charges. A separate probe is being carried out by the ACB against the former top cop on the complaint of police inspector Anup Dang. The new inquiry is being opened on a complaint submitted in April by police inspector BR Ghadge.
