Maharashtra govt to build tourism Resorts by buying land in Kashmir

As non-residents can purchase property in J&K, the Maharashtra govt said it is planning to purchase land for two resorts in the region. MTDC has planned in setting up resorts-one in Pahalgam and one in Leh. The resorts will be meant to help visitors on their way to the shrine of Amarnath Yatra and Vaishno Devi. The Govt assigned Rs 1 cr to each land, and a survey will be taken within 15 days to know the place.
