For Ram Kripal Singh, nothing was more important than his daughter's exam. On the way to the center, where his daughter was supposed to give her exam, 6 thugs blocked his way. He was the former mukhiya of Birpur east panchayat. They first tried to tie his hands but when he opposed they shot 2 bullets in his chest but even then instead of going to the hospital he first dropped Damini to her exam center.
