Man sues Microsoft after update for $600 million

Frank Dickman, a resident of New Mexico, sued Microsoft and its CEO Satya Nadella for $600 million because his Asus laptop updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Further, the update led to the damage to the laptop as it didn’t work after the update. He has filed a complaint in the US district court in Denver. As per the lawsuit, 30 days have been given to Microsoft to return back his software or else pay him $600 million.
