Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said that ending the home quarantine and making a five-day admission in hospital mandatory for even asymptomatic patients of coronavirus will lead to total chaos in the national capital. Reacting to Lt Governor's order, Kejriwal said that such an order will scare people from coming out for testing as they will fear being isolated and admitted at hospitals away from their family.
