The govt proclaimed Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar and Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Muhammad Saeed as "individual terrorists" under a new anti-terrorism law. Decisions were taken almost a month after Parliament approved a decisive amendment to The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Act, 1967. Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim also under the claim. the new law provides a travel ban on these individuals.
