Shahzeb Rizvi, a former Samajwadi Party youth leader, who announced Rs 51 lakh bounty on Karnataka MLA R Akhanda Srinivasmurthy's nephew over an alleged derogatory Facebook post, has been booked by the Uttar Pradesh Police. Rizvi has been charged under Sections 153a (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race), and 505 (2) of Indian Penal Code, after his video went viral.
