Microsoft admitted that third party contractors heard voice conversations on Skype and Cortana. Motherboard now argues that third-party suppliers working for the business were also "listening to the audio of Xbox customers talking in their homes to enhance the voice command characteristics of the console." The audio, mostly involves children playing video games, was "by mistake" captured by Xbox consoles.
