The man behind the plan of Balakot Strike, Samant Goel has been appointed as the next chief of India’s external spy agency, Research, and Analysis Wing on Wednesday by PM Narendra Modi. Further, the PM appointed Arvinda Kumar as the Director, Intelligence Bureau. Also, PM Modi as chairman of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has cleared the empanelment of 1986 batch IPS officer in the rank of Director General.
