Days after the drone attack at Jammu airbase, India raised the issue at the UN General Assembly. V S K Kaumudi, the Ministry of Home Affairs Special Secretary (Internal Security) has said the misuse of information and communication technology, radicalisation and recruitment of cadre; and "misuse of emerging technologies for terrorist purposes have emerged as the most serious threats of terrorism."
