The Monty Python star died yesterday at the age of 77 after battling dementia, leaving behind his wife Anna, his family has confirmed. A statement from his family read: ‘We are deeply saddened to have to announce the passing of beloved husband and father, Terry Jones." In 2015, the Monty Python star was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia – an uncommon form of dementia which starts at a younger age.
