The members of the California National Guard rescued over 200 residents who were trapped in wildfires in northern California. The escape routes in Mammoth Pool Reservoir in the Sierra National Forest were blocked due to the blazes. Fire crew members were toiling hard to gain access to the region while campers were asked to "shelter in place". 17 people were admitted to the hospital after getting rescued.
