The Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led Madhya Pradesh government has extended the 5-day work week for its employees till March next year in view of the coronavirus pandemic. The five-day work week was implemented in the state on July 22 this year after the opening of offices following the coronavirus lockdown. The order regarding the extension of work from home was issued by the state government's general administration department.
