Mumbai Cop flashed woman on balcony, arrested

A case has been filed against police constable Harishchandra Lahane in Mumbai for allegedly flashing women in Nehru Nagar. The accused has been living in Nehru Nagar for the last 10 years; he went to the common balcony of his building where women were sitting. He abused, went back & returned naked. He was arrested & has now been granted bail although an inter-departmental inquiry will be initiated against him.
