Heavy rain hit Mumbai for the 4th straight day and the situation likely to get worse as more rain is expected in the next 48 hours. The rainfall has affected transport facilities in the city. Schools and colleges are ordered to be shut tomorrow. The disaster management team and Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation are on alert. According to the weatherman, Mumbai could receive heavy showers similar to the July 2005 rains.
