Odisha govt is going through a difficult phase of rebuilding the city from the devastating effects of Fani cyclone. NASA has released before and after photos of the devastated city, and that shows the mammoth task that is awaiting in front of the authorities. The extreme heat is causing difficulty for the workers in the day time. People are becoming impatient in the peak summer due to the electricity restoration delay.
