The US President Donald Trump has announced National Emergency to build the wall on the US-Mexico border and to secure the resources for building the wall. He wants to bypass Congress and build the promised wall. So, will this declaration help him in building the wall? Yes, theoretically; because he could order the military to move funds & troops to address the emergency. But many believe it will not yield a wall.
