Denmark Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said during a press conference that the country is going to cull nearly 17 million mink after the discovery of a mutated version of the novel coronavirus at mink farms. The PM said the mutation "could pose a risk that future vaccines won't work the way they should," while adding that it is necessary to cull the minks. Denmark is the world's biggest producer of mink fur.
