Nearly 2.4 mn children affected by recent floods in India: UNICEF

The UNICEF said an estimated 2.4 million children were affected by the recent floods in India and has called for immediate support, more resources and novel programmes to address the difficulties endured. UNICEF is operating with the govt and partners to respond swiftly and efficiently. It is supporting the govt to implement coronavirus adapted relief camp management guidelines & child-friendly spaces in select districts.
