New ‘Greenish Yellow’ Rs 20 Note introduced by RBI

On Friday, The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) notified that they will shortly introduce a new Rs 20 note. Upcoming Rs 20 note will be in a "greenish yellow colour" and will have a motif of Ellora Caves on the reverse depicting the country’s cultural heritage. All the banknotes in the denomination of Rs 20 issued by the Reserve Bank in the earlier series will continue to be legal tender, added RBI
