National Health Agency issued a circular advising states to allow district collectors and district magistrates to find eligible beneficiary under PMJAY scheme. The circular has been issued after the names of some people were found in the list of eligible beneficiaries, who don’t fall in the specified deprivation categories of the SECC data. It also said officers to introduce exclusion clause to find the noneligible ones.
