Japan's leading brokerage firm Nomura Holdings Limited has asked its employees to not smoke during work hours - even if they are working from home. The firm has done so to keep the employees and their families healthy. The company has sent a memo to its employees regarding the new rule that will come into effect from October. The company further said that all the smoking rooms managed by it will be closed.
