North Korean premier Kim Jong Un has said that Pyongyang's pursuit of more advanced nuclear technology will continue to strengthen the country's defenses against threats like that of the US. Kim argued that US will “never” change its fundamental approach to North Korea irrespective of the leadership. North Korea plans to develop solid-fuel ICBMs and nuclear submarines. Kim also plans to increase the range of existing missiles.
