A Philadelphia jury has fined Johnson & Johnson $8 billion in punitive damages to a man and for failing to warn young men that their anti-psychotic drug Risperdal could grow breast in men. The man has also previously won $680,000 for his claim from the brand. J&J has said that the award was grossly disproportionate and they also added that the jury did not listen to the evidence in favor of the benefits of Risperdo.
