Old couple in Hyderabad spent pension funds filling potholes

The pair have been donating their own money in order to rescue others from accidents caused by potholes. The 'Road Doctor,' Gangadhar Tilak Katnam, a 73-year-old man from Hyderabad, is well-known. He and his wife, Venkateshwari Katnam, 64, drive along the road in a car, which they refer to as a 'Pothole Ambulance,' and patch potholes wherever they see them. Tilak moved to Hyderabad to work and he's been repairing potholes all around town.
