Japan's new environment minister, Shinjiro Koizumi, promised to mobilize youth to push his coal-dependent nation into a low-carbon future by adding "fun" in the battle against climate change also making it "sexy"."There are so many problems in politics, sometimes boring. To address such a major problem as climate change, it has to be fun and cool. It has to be sexy too," Koizumi said at a New York news conference.
