As several vaccine candidates have completed the trials, the Indian government has bolstered its efforts to create an effective store and supply infrastructure for the nationwide vaccination. The government has said that one in five Indians is likely to get the vaccine dose by the end of July 2021. The Health Ministry has asked the states to prepare a list of priority population groups including the health workers.
