A BBC American footage showed the rarest penguin in Antarctica. Why is it rare? This penguin is covered with black feathers all over, making it look like an emperor penguin; unlike others that are made of black & white feathers. This is the first ever footage of all black emperor penguin. This total black penguin is the result of a rare genetic mutation, which is called as Melanism. Melanism is usually found in king penguins.
