Outgoing Indian Airforce Chief RKS Bhadauria flew his last sortie as the Air Force Chief on September 13. "His flying career had begun with the same 'Panthers' Squadron flying MiG-21, ended in the same aircraft of the same squadron at the same airbase," The Airforce said. The IAF chief will complete his two-year term at the top post on September 30. Air Marshal VR Chaudhari will take charge as the new IAF chief on September 30.
