A Supreme Court panel that was assigned the task of looking into the oxygen crisis that Delhi faced amid the peak of the second wave of Covid-19, has revealed in its interim report that the city's oxygen requirement was exaggerated by the Delhi government by four times. "The Delhi government's claim of 1,140 Metric Tonnes was four times the calculated consumption as per bed formula, which was 289 MT only," the report said.
