Ozone layer hole is now twice the size of US, vital layer depleting very fast

According to the experts at the European Union’s Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service, the hole in the vital ozone layer is getting bigger every day and it currently extends around 23 million square kilometres over Antarctica. This is twice the size of United States and said to be one of the largest holes in the layer humanity has ever seen till date. Scientists witnessed continued ozone depletion over the South Pole.
