Pak Supreme Court orders shifting of Omar Sheikh to ordinary cell, dismisses plea seeking halt in release

The Pakistan Supreme Court dismissed a petition by the Sindh government that sought the interim orders against the release of Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, the murderer of American journalist Daniel Pearl. The Court also ordered shifting of Omar Saeed to an ordinary cell. "He should be kept at a place where its easier to ensure security," the court said. As per the court, Omar will not have the access to the outside world.
